The University of Aix-Marseille in Aix-en-Provence offers a variety of artistic programs. The Bachelor of Fine Arts is the one that combines practical courses such as sculpture and painting, as well as digital and installation art, but also theoretical courses such as art history and philosophy. This degree aims to professionalize and support students as future contemporary artists. At the end of the three-year program, it is possible to pursue a master’s degree in visual arts, digital creation, or teaching.

In the third year of the Bachelor of Fine Arts, this course emphasizes the student’s personal practice. This course mixes both practice and the development of the student’s artistic approach. Coordinating professor: Yves Schemoul.

In this video, my body which is only matter (of a neon pink color) and moves in front of a mirror. The background gives way to a deep black. The soundtrack is made from recordings of the inside of my belly and my beating heart.
